- OUT ON A LIMB Anticipating a negative review from
a food critic, Jack hastily shoots off an angry letter, but
when he is reassured of a good review, he has to move heaven
and earth to try to retrieve it.
Episode 157 - ALIAS JACK TRIPPER * After agreeing
to take out Janet's friend, Jack realizes he's also got another
date on the same night, so he asks buddy Larry to stand in
for him.
Episode 158 - HEARING IS BELIEVING * When Jack's
new girlfriend won't discuss her line of work (she's a sex
therapist) Janet assumes the worst, especially when she becomes
friendly with her father.
Episode 159 - GRANDMA JACK The good news?
Jack's won $10,000 in the Lander's bake-off contest. The bad
news? The contest is only open to women, and he has to prepare
his winning recipe for the company executives...in drag.
Episode 160 - LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON His meddling
father is in town, and Jack is less than pleased about it,
until he learns that his dad has recently hit hard times.
Episode 161 - THE ODD COUPLES Terri and Jack
(along with Janet and Larry) pose as a married couple to ward
off Terri's lecherous boss, whom they've invited for dinner,
with his wife.
Episode 162 - NOW YOU SEE IT, NOW YOU DON'T
To impress a socialite at a charity casino event, Jack gambles
and loses a lot of money. So Larry and the roommates work
to help him win it back.
Episode 163 - THE CHARMING STRANGER The girls
are charmed by their new English neighbor; however, Jack and
Furley think he may be a wanted jewel-thief .
Episode 164 - JANET SHAPES UP Janet has a
new job as an aerobics instructor, a job that Jack thinks
is hinged upon him getting physical with her boss.
Episode 165 - ITCHING FOR TROUBLE A former
girlfriend runs into Jack at a local park, where he counsels
her on handling her jealous husband. However, when they both
end up with poison ivy, it only make matters worse for is
friend.
Episode 166 - BABY, IT'S COLD INSIDE A robber
locks Furley and Jack in the freezer at Angelino's. Believing
they won't be rescued, Jack spills the beans to Furley about
not really being gay.
Episode 167 - LOOK WHAT I FOUND A plan to
trick Furley into changing the "no pets" rule backfires when
the stray cat's owner comes looking for her missing kitty,
which Furley says he has taken to the pound.
Episode 168 - JACK'S TATTOO Jack's in the
hospital to get a tattoo removed, but Janet and Furley have
different ideas as to why he's there.
Episode 169 - JACK TAKES OFF To win the attentions
of the new art instructor next store, Jack signs up to be
a nude model, which is fine until Furley walks in and a nude
portrait of him materializes at the Regal Beagle.
Episode 170 - FORGET ME NOT When he wrecks
Janet's new car while on a date with model, Jack feigns amnesia
to avoid incurring her wrath.
Episode 171 - THE HEIRESS A former flower
shop customer dies and leaves Janet a seemingly worthless
vase. But the trio becomes suspicious when the client's nephew
suddenly shows an interest in her.
Episode 172 - CUPID WORKS OVERTIME A pretty
stewardess helps Jack overcome his fear of flying. Smitten,
he asks her out, only to learn her father disapproves of him.
Meanwhile, Janet's beau, Phillip, proposes.
Episode 173 - FRIENDS
AND LOVERS (Part 1) In part one of the series
finale, Terri lands a nursing job in Hawaii, Janet marries
Phillip in the apartment, and Jack proposes to Vicky.
Episode 174 - FRIENDS AND LOVERS (Part
2) Vicky declines Jacks proposal, but agrees to move in
with him. Meanwhile the trio leaves the old apartment,
and Vicky and Jack find a new place together, which is
great until they discover who will be their new landlord.
