TV Land - Threes Company
Threes Company - Characters
Threes Company - Jack Tripper Threes Company - Jack Tripper
I n his mind, this aspiring chef is as suave with the ladies and as highly skilled in the kitchen as Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet.  In reality, Jack isn’t very fleet of foot (his last name kind of sums it up) and he’s not as smooth with the ladies as he’d like to be, but that doesn’t stop him from chasing women with best buddy, Larry Dallas.
Not overly handsome, nor the smartest guy in the room, Jack’s a charming everyman, who’s clever and fun-loving.Until his fateful meeting with Janet and Chrissy, Jack had been something of a leaf blowing in the wind (which might have something to do being a navy deserter), but living with “the girls” means he can continue to pursue his career as a chef, and the dream of owning a restaurant. So if he has to pretend to be gay in order to secure his living situation, no problem. Besides, there’s nothing like living with women to improve a guy’s chances for meeting more of them!
