Ryan Michelle Bathe

Ryan Michelle Bathe plays Jessica, the love interest for David Robbins in the upcoming TV Land Original Sitcom, Retired at 35 that premieres in January 2011. Bathe, a graduate of NYUs MFA program, has been acting professionally since the age of ten. Her first movie was starring opposite Oscar-winner Whoopi Goldberg and Danny Glover in the critically acclaimed Good Fences. Many people may remember Bathe as Sara Holt, a young upstart attorney on the popular David E. Kelley law dramedy, Boston Legal. Most recently, she starred opposite Derek Luke on the NBCs series, Trauma.

Bathe always wanted to be an actor but didnt realize how fulfilling working on a sitcom could be until she worked on an episode of Half and Half. After that amazing experience, she was sold on the genre. Her acting other credits include work on the feature films All About Us and April Moon as well guest starring roles on ABCs Brothers and Sisters and Private Practice. One of her most recognizable roles was on a recent episode of CBSs How I Met Your Mother.

Recently, she wrapped work on the feature One for the Money, starring alongside Katherine Heigl (Greys Anatomy).
