Born Oct. 20, 1945 in Boston, George Wyner earned a drama major at Syracuse University in 1968 and garnered his first film and TV work in 1972 (including The Odd Couple). Irwin Bernstein in Hill Street Blues, but he has appeared in nine regular TV roles and nearly 100 guest spots -- in fact, he's known as "Hey, It's That Guy" on Fametracker, which called him "a go-to geek in Hollywood for over three decades." On Retired at 35, he is Richard, the jovial yet practical best friend to Alan (George Segal). Wyner has also appeared in episodes of House, Days of Our Lives, The Mentalist and Desparate Housewives. He is married with two children.
