Ellen
Foley, born in 1951 in St. Louis Missouri, is an accomplished
singer who has recorded several albums. She was a backup singer
on Joe Jackson's 1984 release Body and Soul and sang
the part of The Girl on that paean to parking, Meat Loaf's Paradise
by the Dashboard Light. Foley appeared in Hair, Tootsie,
Fatal Attraction and Married to the Mob. She played
Public Defender Billie Young in the second season of Night
Court (her character was replaced after the season ended).
Foley continues an active career in music and has appeared on
Broadway in such hits as Me and My Girl, Into the
Woods and Beehive. |
