Lumpy Rutherford was no mental giant, but the man who played
him turned out to be a financial whiz. In the years after Beaver,
Frank Bank became a highly successful municipal bonds broker
in Palm Springs, California. His wealth didn't ruin his
sense of humor or nostalgia, however, and he was more than happy
to rejoin his castmates for Still the Beaver and make
a cameo appearance in the 1997 feature film remake of Leave
It to Beaver. |
