Kristin Chenoweth is a triple threat, having conquered the worlds of film, television and theater. Her TV credits include The West Wing, GCB and Pushing Daisies, with her role as the lovable Olive on the latter earning her an Primetime Emmy in 2009. The actress also picked up a Tony in 1999 for her role in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown on Broadway, where she has also appeared in productions of Wicked, The Apple Tree and Promises, Promises. She guest stars as Brittany, an actress who plays the understudy to Maddie Banks (Kirstie Alley) in the play Worst Case Scenario, on Kirstie on TV Land. The pint-sized Chenoweth, who stands just 4'11", was adopted at just 5 days old, and grew up in Oklahoma, discovering her powerful pipes while performing gospel songs at church. Her big break came when she landed a role in the musical production of Animal Crackers at New York's Paper Mill Playhouse, two weeks before she was set to attend Philadelphia's Academy of Vocal Arts on a full scholarship. Chenoweth chose to turn down the scholarship, and move to New York City to pursue a career in theater. In addition to her Broadway work, she has also appeared in the New York Philharmonic production of Candide with Patti Lupone, the original workshop of Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein, and released four albums; Let Yourself Go, As I Am, A Lovely Way To Spend Christmas and Some Lessons Learned. Her film credits include supporting roles in The Pink Panther, Bewitched, Running with Scissors, Four Christmases and You Again.
