George tells baby Jessica a bedtime story, in which all is transformed into a fantastic medieval empire where King George and Queen Louise hold court over a loyal retinue of Baron von Day and Lady von Night (Tom and Helen), Prince Lionel, Princess Jenny and Bentley the Fool, while evil Inflation batters the castle walls.
