AUNT BEE
Andy's Aunt Bee has been caring for Andy and Opie since their previous housekeeper got married. Bee excells in the skills necessary to run a modern 1960s household in addition to her talent for making everyone feel at home at once, with her warm and loving, and sometimes fussy personality. Head-strong and always ready with well-meaning advice, Bee may find herself in a pickle, but she always comes out smiling. Although she's usually found at home in the kitchen, she will, from time to time, go out of town. When she does, Andy and Opie try to make do without her while always making sure she still feels needed upon her return. It's was hard to imagine life in the Taylor household before Aunt Bee.
