She's Got The Look
In 1968, Jane Curtin dropped out of college and decided to pursue comedy as a career. She joined the cast of Saturday Night Live in 1975 and remained on the show through the 1979-1980 season.
Curtin first appeared on Broadway in an early '80s production of "Candida." She later went on to be a replacement actress in two other plays, "Love Letters" and "Noises Off," and was in the 2002 revival of "Our Town."
Unlike many of her SNL cast mates who ventured into film, Curtin chose to work mostly in television. She starred in two long-running television sitcoms; first, Kate & Allie and then 3rd Rock from the Sun. Curtin was reunited with Dan Aykroyd in Coneheads, a full-length motion picture based on their popular SNL characters. They also reteamed as the voices of a pair of wasps in the film Antz.
