Beaver learns he can win a new bike if he collects 1,000 milk bottle caps, so he and Wally set about to win the prize. Unbeknownst to them, the contest is phony, made up by Wally's friend as a joke.

This whole episode is comprised of reminiscing over incidents from a photo album that June has found while cleaning out the cabinet. It covers such memories as Beaver's first note from school to Wally running for class president.
12 PM/11C Episode #1: Beaver Gets Spelled
Beaver’s new teacher, Miss Canfield hands him a note after school. The other kids convince him that a note home means he's getting kicked out of school. Beaver hides the note and Miss Canfield finds it the next day. Wally types a reply from Mrs. Ward Cleaver assuring the teacher that Beaver has been punished for his wrongdoings at school. Miss Canfield calls home to find out why Beaver was punished as a result of her request that he play Smokey Bear in the Fire Prevention Pageant.
12:30 PM/11:30C Episode #2: Captain Jack
The boys send away for a genuine Florida alligator and decide to keep it secretly in their bathroom. Eventually it outgrows the bathroom and is moved to the basement where the boys charge ten cents to the neighborhood kids for a quick peak. They name him after Captain Jack, who owned an alligator farm and advised the boys on how to take care of their alligator until June found out.
1 PM/12C Episode #11: Wally’s Girl Trouble
A girl has come between Wally and Beaver and Beaver feels he has lost his brother. Beaver asks Ward what he can do to win his brother back, and Ward suggests getting Wally's girlfriend something nice because then she will like him. When Beaver decides to give Penny his favorite frog, Penny dumps Wally and Beaver gets his brother back.
1:30 PM/12:30C Episode #39: Beaver’s Guest
Beaver has his friend Larry Mondello stay with him for the weekend. However, after only a few hours of being there, Larry wants desperately to go home because he accuses Beaver of punching him in the stomach. Larry's stomach does hurt, but the truth is that it is because Larry ate too many candy bars before he came over and now he feels sick.
2 PM/1C Episode #44: Beaver and Chuey
Beaver has a new friend named Chuey Varela who only speaks Spanish. Beaver goes to Eddie to help him speak it since Eddie took Spanish in school, but Eddie plays a mean joke on Beaver. Instead of telling Beaver nice things to say to his friend, Eddie tells Beaver how to say "you have the face of a pig" to his new friend Chuey.
2:30 PM/1:30C Episode #54: The Grass Is Always Greener
Beaver and Wally learn a valuable lesson which is to not take what they have for granted after they become friends with two young boys who have less than they do.
3 PM/2C Episode #109: Mother’s Day Composition
In honor of Mother's Day, Beaver is assigned to write an essay about his mother's life for a school paper. He finds that her life was boring, so he makes up an extravagant story about her and hands it in. The teacher knows that it's not true and confronts both Beaver and June about it.
3:30 PM/2:30C Episode #130: Beaver’s Accordion
Beaver goes behind his parents back and orders an accordion for a five-day trial period. He winds up keeping the accordion for a lot longer than that, and when a man comes to collect it he gets in trouble with his parents. His mother accidentally breaks the accordion, but Beaver will have to pay for the damages because he lied to them.
